Witchy Guacamole

Avocados baby! My favorite of all the superfoods! Avocados have so many incredible health benefits from omegas, fiber, vitamin C, etc. I could really go on all day! This recipe is great way to increase the natural flavor and bring some fun to your day! 



INGREDIENTS:


- 4 large, ripe avocadoes 

- 1/3 cup diced red onion

- 1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes 

- 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers

- 1/3 cup sliced black olives

- 1 tblsp minced garlic

- 2tblsp lime juice

- 1teasp sriracha, more if you like it spicy!

- 1teasp salt

- 1teasp pepper


Witches Features: 


- Blue corn tortilla chip hat

- Carrot match stick hair

- Pimento olive eyes

- Cornichon nose

- Green bell pepper lips 



For Dipping:


- Carrot sticks

- Cucumber sticks

- Celery sticks

- GF crackers

- Grain free tortilla chips  


DIRECTIONS:


1. Half avocado & remove pit. Scoop out into a large mixing bowl. Mash with a fork about 70%, leaving some bite size chunks in there!


2. Add in fillings. Mix well. Now add in lime juice & seasonings. Mix everything up! 


3. Refrigerate to cool. Next, add to long serving dish and dress her up!
